Today in the SAILOR history: Northeim 1994

  • Mood:

It's 14 years ago that SAILOR - then in the original line-up with Georg, Henry, Phil and Grant - played in Northeim, Germany, today.
The concert was an open air Oldie Night with Dave Dee, The Rubettes, The Equals, Suzi Quatro, Slade and, of course, SAILOR.
For us this was our second SAILOR concert, and we were really happy to meet the boys again and pleasantly surprised that they spent time with us before and after the concert. One of the early days of a very special friendship!  I was only 14 then and had painted a big SAILOR poster so that they could see us. It didn't turn out to be a problem, as we made it to the front row. A good place to be... always from then on.
