We're back from Weisswasser at last, and I'm proud to show you my few (and not very good) concert photos of SAILOR with new singer Nick Parvin.
Grant's injured hand still causes him problems, so that he couldn't play last night and was again replaced by Henry's son Tom Marsh who did a fantastic job again.
We had a strange and exhausting day, consisting mostly of annoying things that went wrong here and there. But then... who cares... if all of this results in a great entertaining SAILOR concert in the end. And with a nice new lead singer who did a great job! Welcome aboard Nick!
To all SAILOR fans: Please go and see one of the next gigs if you can. You won't regret it!
We were really happy to be able to see Middle Of The Road feat. Sally Carr. This was the surprise of the day, as The Rattles couldn't play at the concert and were replaced by MOTR. Wonderful. And we were also glad to see a bit of Dozy, Beaky, Mick and Tich before we had to leave.
Apart from that, lots of fun trying to check in at the hotel for almost 2 hours with a closed door and nobody at the reception and nobody answering the two phone numbers. Plus...
