New SAILOR gig in Osna...something ?!

Just had an e-mail from a concert promoter, saying that SAILOR will play in Osnabrug on 19 September 2009. The concert promoter is Dutch, but I guess he means the concert is in Germany, as he mentioned something about flights for the band to here...
Phil's homepage says Osnabruch.
But as none of these two names exist, I can only guess that it will be Osnabrück in Germany???
Big fun trying to find out if... when... where... and why...
