I've had a whole bunch of requests recently via e-mail and via mobile phone and even via phone at home... from people wanting information about various things. This is no problem, in general, and I try to help where I can and am always there for requests via e-mail etc.
Yes, I did confirm that the concert in Rheine last Saturday was cancelled and it could be seen on the website for quite a while. But I don't want to answer phonecalls about why and how a ticket refund could be achived etc. etc. For the one simple reason: I have no idea. I only host this website with the information I get. I am not the concert promoter and I usually have no idea why I show gets cancelled when this happens.
I'm also always happy to try and help with any kind of pre-concert information. And if I can't tell people in which hotel the band will stay next time it's not because I don't want to but, again, simply because I don't know and we usually only find out where to meet them about 1-2 days in advance of the shows (with a lot of luck); sometimes even later.
So... I don't act in bad faith if information are not available. I simply don't have them. 
(The same with concert dates here on my website, by the way. The page says "We post everything we know about future concerts and TV shows here. So, if you can't find details below, we don't have them yet!" So everybody can be sure that I only have the details that are posted there. There is no use in e-mailing me to ask why there are no further details... I'm not keeping things from anybody.) 
Anyway, it's nice to be able to help and people can e-mail me (plus SAILOR friends can call me, too). But I feel like the inofficial SAILOR travel agency for people. But I'm not abailable 24/7...
